This covers arxor.io and the ARXOR Arcade waitlist. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to change your mind. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- The page you signed up on, including any campaign tags in its address (for example, which ad you tapped).
- Ad measurement cookies, only if allowed (see below).
- Basic visit counts from our host, Cloudflare, without cookies.
We don't ask for your name, and we don't sell your information.
Why
- To confirm your email and tell you when ARXOR launches.
- To see which ads bring people to the waitlist, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
Who handles it for us
- Kit keeps the waitlist and sends the confirmation and launch emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and passes your sign-up to Kit.
- Meta and TikTok receive ad measurement data, only if allowed.
These companies may process data in the United States and elsewhere, under their own privacy terms and the safeguards the law requires.
Ad measurement
The Meta and TikTok pixels tell those companies that someone who saw one of our ads visited, or joined the waitlist. They use cookies, and Meta and TikTok may use the data for their own purposes as their policies describe.
- In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the pixels load only after you choose Allow.
- Elsewhere, they load unless you choose No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as opting out. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" personal information for advertising, and you can opt out at any time.

How long we keep it
Until ARXOR launches and we've told you, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how it's used, or take it elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we'll answer within a month. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The waitlist isn't for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and we'll email the waitlist about anything significant.
